We Are Winter

I will be forever grateful for this opportunity early in my career as a junior creative. It was right up my alley of sports interest and I poured my heart into the insights and executions.

We strived to completely go against the typical form of sports marketing and took an artistic viewpoint. Tapping into real Canadian poetry and visuals that are stark and powerful, we created a campaign that no one could ignore. It was well received and the hashtag #WeAreWinter took on a life of it's own well after the Olympics. For the record, We Are Winter came before We The North 😉.
